This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use our mobile application Binary Solutions (the “App”), including data processed through backend services operated for your dairy organisation.
The App connects to servers configured by your organisation to provide dairy-related services (such as authentication, ledger, billing, collections, or similar features visible in the App). This policy applies only to our processing through the App. Your organisation may have separate terms or notices governing use of member accounts.
Depending on features enabled by your organisation, the App may involve:
The App may cache session or configuration data locally on your device (for example, to reduce repeated login or keep organisation settings available offline). Such data resides on your device unless transmitted to servers as described in section 5.
The App requests only permissions required for documented features. Granting a permission is optional where the operating system allows; without required permissions some features may be unavailable.
We use information solely to operate and improve the App and to fulfil requests sent to your organisation’s backends, including:
We do not sell your personal information. Information you submit via the App is transmitted to APIs and servers configured for your dairy organisation.
We may use trusted infrastructure or service providers (e.g. hosting, push notification services where enabled) strictly to deliver the App. Those providers process data under appropriate agreements and instructions.
Retention of records on backend systems is determined by your organisation’s policies and our agreements with them. Locally cached App data may be removed by uninstalling the App or clearing app data.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the App. No method of transmission or storage over the Internet is perfectly secure.
The App is intended for authorised members or staff of affiliated organisations and is not directed at children below the minimum age permitted by applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance unless local law requires additional steps.
